SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 39

Suspending Joint Rule No. 3 to extend the time permitted relating to preparation of the conference report as to
Eng. Com. Sub. for Senate Bill No. 125, Relating to adopting uniform unclaimed property act.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of the members of each house present agreeing thereto:
That Joint Rule No. 3 of the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Delegates is hereby suspended until the hour of 6:00 p.m., April 12, l997, for the express purpose of preparation of the conference report as to Engrossed Committee Substitute for Senate Bill No. 125.
